| The yellow D&H Ilmenite hoppers nearly new near the CNJ station in downtown Wilkes Barre. Ilmenite was a valuable heavy ore mined in the Adirondacks north of North Creek. A lot of it was interchanged to the CNJ at Wilkes-Barre who transported it to South Amboy for delivery to National Lead Co. located on the Raritan River RR. | ||
