| Detroit, Toledo and Ironton EMD GP35s #353, #351 and one other lead an eastbound train through Bethlehem on the Lehigh Valley. The LV sent a few ALCO C420s to the Ann Arbor Railroad as demonstrators in exchange for these GP35s. When all was said and done the LV bought ALCO C628s and the DT&I bought EMD GP40s. | ||
