This view is looking west at the Lehigh Valley through Hazleton, PA. The doodle bug in the foreground is at South Laurel Street. The passenger train in the center of the image is stopped at Church Street in front of the Lehigh Valley station. The last crossing is Vine Street just before Locust Junction. The top right of the photo where all of the cars are is the Pennsylvania Railroad station. The tall building in the top center of the image is the Cranberry Coal Breaker at Cranberry Junction. The tracks going up and curving to the left go to Hazle Junction which heads towards Oneida Junction where the Shepton Branch splits from the main to Delano, PA.
